  2. Overloaded search page

    Somehow, the Google search is not working in our office since yesterday (2015-10-29). I then switch to another search engine. Yahoo is the 1st I thought of. But the search page is overloaded with news and a bunch of distracting content that are irrelevant to my the search I am about to query. This is very annoying. Fortunately, there are other search engines. It is unlikely I will attempt your search page again.

  5. Old News!

    Seriously...half the news articles I clicked on today were from Sep, Aug, Jul..etc. I don't want to read/watch about gas prices from July. Or stock prices from mid-August when we're nearly into November. If it's more than a week or two old, it is no longer breaking news.

  9. To choose distraction over information in newsfeeds is a very superficial strategy by Yahoo's editors.

    I am so sick and tired of the type of news you put on your newsfeed: Kate Middleton's every move, the idocies of the Kardashian family, babies laughing, pets cute moves, what did the stars wear on red carpets. Meanwhile, the world is upside down, the weather warfare is waged against humanity, crimes against humanity go unpunished and people around the world are starving.

  12. I have noticed of late that the same stories are being reported over and over. I don't want 2 weeks ago news I want ONLY the current news.

    STOP reporting the same new from 2 weeks ago or a month ago. I hate going on the site to see something I saw 2 weeks or a month ago. I want today's news, not yesterdays news.

    Just read the comments on this article. RICHARDS comment on Newfies being the dumbest people in Canada should never have been published. Where are the filters or restrictions on comments like this? I will be making this Yahoo newsletter with my comments made public on Facebook.

  14. Listen to the complaints about advertising on Yahoo and respond to them!

    "Celebrity Lifestyle Secrets" advertisements are gross, distracting and false. As well, they are now impossible to close. You have numerous complaints here against them. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!

    Purchased today I could not activate the key that was provided so I called
    their office for a refund. I am wondering why Yahoo would have this Ad you should check out things before printing.

    Called their Office and Rep was very rude.

    I uninstalled the program and cannot get it off my computer.
