    Since most people are not signed in to feedback the answer has to be NO.

    I'm guessing they will check the posts that get the most votes - as it could be an idea that a lot of people like and therefore of use.

    It certainly stops them having to look at every post which is just junk.

    So, in answer, make sure you vote on posts in here to increase the chance of Yahoo seeing it.
