READING THE PUBLICIZED LETTER of COMELEC Commissioner AIMEE P. FEROLINO, dated 28 January 2022, addressed to Chairman SHERIFF M. ABAS, in response to the concerns raised by fellow Commissioner Ma. ROWENA AMELIA V. GUANZON, during the executive session of the 26 January 2022 En Banc meeting, “[stemming] from the fact that the resolution on the consolidated disqualification cases filed against Ferdinand Marcos, Jr. (SPA No. 21-233), is not yet out,” I HAVE NOW CONFIRMED THAT THERE IS INDEED VALID GROUND FOR MY DOWNRIGHT REVULSION FOR THE UNDUE DELAY of the promulgation of the Resolution by the very same COMELEC First Division, presided by GUANZON, of my case in SPA No. 21-056 (DC)(MP) in re: Motu Proprio Petition to Declare Norman Cordero Marquez as Nuisance Candidate.
