  1. Email scanning for phishing links

    I am appalled at the volume of email that my customers receive to their yahoo email that has phishing links. At the most basic, you would assume that the email is scanned for malware and phishing but apparently not the yahoo service !!

  2. FIX THE AUTO CHINESE LANGUAGE!!!

    I am a new user of yahoo mail. I create today my yahoo mail, then when i had my account it's all automatically turn into CHINE LANGUAGE! AND I DONT UNDERSTAND THESE LANGUAGES! and when im trying to go on my Profile settings it will turn again in chinese. Please fix it!

  4. Fire the guys who invented the "key logo" in place of the actual password!

    My idea is you should fire out those guys who invented the key logo *********, I lost my phone and naturally my number, but Yahoo mail want to keep sending verification number to that lost phone, I have my email add AND PASSWORD! But I cant access my mails, keeps telling me to sign in first then tap the key logo which in the first place i cant log in without my number which again, Yahoo mail keeps sending the Veri code to my damned lost phone!

  5. Good day. I am worried because every time i send an email and check on the sent items i saw the name xian jing instead of my true name. Help

    How can i restore my id to apoear on d sent messages instead of xian jing. I am not her and i own this email address since d late 90s

    I received an email alleged from yahoo tat claiming tat I request for shutting of my account. Need to perform certain steps if I do not want my account to be shut down within next 12 hours. Pse confirm if yahoo did send such email. Thank you.
