I forgot my password for my marywinidetcruz@yahoo.com and gentlestab@yahoo.com.ph. gentlestab@yahoo.com.ph was my first email since highschool and i would really like to access the two accounts. I haven't been able to recover their password through online service which really disappointing since the accounts should have a secret question that should be answered by me. Since the questions did not pop out i wasn't able to access my two accounts. I have no other method of recovering the password since i haven't encoded my new cellphone on both accounts. I will be able to verify my identity if i can contact any of customer help.
