I noticed there is a particular reader / contributor ( @Timothy ) in the forum who habitually post irritating comments to other reader's postings. His comments are revolting, distasteful and I am sure upset many of Yahoo forum users.
If he has an illness or just abominable behavior, he is using Yahoo forum as a cheap avenue for his outburst.
Is there a way Yahoo edit or refuse his comments so that other users can have better experience
