Unfair yahoo competition handling
I don't know who to contact but I need urgently to share on my injustice faced when taking part in a Yahoo organised competition Yahoo Lenovo Competition. Pls hear me and help me?
It is about how i was unfairly treated by Yahoo Singapore competition organising company as they organised their competition. I won a prize from them in June but they took away my prize because in 4 days they claimed that they did not receive my reply. But in the first place, I reallg did not get any email or email reminders to respond.
The story is like this,
I participated on the Yahoo Singapore Lenovo competition. I won the top prize but the company handling the prize presentation side gave away my prize to another person in just 4 days after he claimed that he notified me as he said that he did not get a reply from me in 4 days.
It is surprising such a big company only give people 4 days to respond given that now we are in Phase 2A of lockdown in Singapore due to COVID19. Honestly, I did not received the first email, no reminder email and the next emails was to inform me that my prize was taken away. No reminder emails from yahoo to act too.
Yahoo's representative "sent" me the email on 3 June telling me that I won the prize (but I did not get it). On 7 June ( 4 DAYS later), they sent me an email and this time I received it, they informed me that the prize has been given away to someone else already as I did not reply their email. I would like to attach the email as evidence but it cannot be done on Facebook messager. It is surprising short notice period, the company gave people only 4 days to reply email on prize winning and now is phase 2 of COVID lockdown in Singapore. The way such a big MNC organised its competition is shocking. In addition, the 4 days stated by the Yahoo representative is only 2 working days as the email was send on 3 June, Thurs and my prize was unfairly given away on 7th June Monday (2 of the days are weekends), so I would like share my unfairness.
I would like to send the email thread evidence and raise the matter to the in-charge in Yahoo campaign to investigate on this matter as it is rather unfair to me. Competition must be fair.
Pls kindly help me by giving me the contact of the person who can carry out a review of my case.
