So, I had an expired phone number and was locked out of my account on my new pc. I'm in China and wasn't able to call anyone without an error message. I tried emailing tech support and chatting with a robot. Neither worked. In fact, the customer support offered no help at all. How did I resolve the issue? I logged in on my girlfriends phone, which worked somehow, and then added a phone number. If you can't offer a solution or a phone number to call you're worthless. I think this is the end of my yahoo email account.
