    Hi, someone created a Yahoo email address with my name and is using it for trying to make changes to my personal details with institutions to get payments into his account. How do I log this and block this email. I would prefer to report the account holder to the police. What options do you have available?

  12. A Helpline that actually works.

    My email was deactivated, I have tried to sign in again, but yahoo tells me the email cant be used. This is a business email that I am trying to build up again. so need the same email address.
    The yahoo help, does not help at all, even when I click that my problem is not on the list, it comes up with a whole lot of random nonsense that still does not come near my issue.
    How do I get back my email address that was deactived by you (yahoo)????????

    Hi i am unable to access a mail account , it seems that the password has changed and the security questions do not work , please could you assist , i have tried all avenues and this is the only way I am able to list my problem.

    It was working about 2 weeks ago but now i am unable to access the account???? i have changed nothing on my side.
