A Helpline that actually works.
My email was deactivated, I have tried to sign in again, but yahoo tells me the email cant be used. This is a business email that I am trying to build up again. so need the same email address.
The yahoo help, does not help at all, even when I click that my problem is not on the list, it comes up with a whole lot of random nonsense that still does not come near my issue.
How do I get back my email address that was deactived by you (yahoo)????????
For feedback - your attempts to outsource a list of issues to FAQs of your website, coupled with your requirement to call in for any issues makes for an absolutely atrocious customer experience.
