    guys i recommend we let people know not to open a yahoo account . this is ridiculous . no help..no advisors. cant access email or reset password.. keeps asking to log in from most used device ... really wtf???

    I keep getting timeouts while trying to open my emails. I have to redirect my mail to another service which is rediculous.

    WHY does Yahoo fail to re-act, as promised, to my Feedback regarding advertisements ??? I will QUIT using yahoo end January 2017 if they have not carried through with promises !!!

    I agree and the worst is there's no-one at Yahoo to help, they almost as bad as Apple, not quite but almost

    The account key does not always work. What happens in the event if one's phone is lost/stolen. It becomes impossible to sign in. I prefer the old method of just punching in a password! I have already been online for 15 minutes trying to log onto my email. Highly frustrating.
