On all my browsers, on all my devices, on any third-party mail client. If I send a mail it just chills in my Outbox. Webmail takes at least 20 minutes and multiple refreshes to open and is still slow or doesn't load completely. This completely destroyed my client-relations on a current project because my client isn't receiving email updates and has assumed I've just abandoned them.
