I am having great difficulty with my yahoo account. I cannot access my account & neither can I change my password.

    I'm having same problem. My retrieval email address is not mine and I cannot gain access or change password either..how does one fix this problem when the only contact number available is oversees!! I need my account active..who is going to help..please contact me URGENTLY on samglaist@gmail.com. .to assist with my yahoo hacked account..

    I am having the exact same issue!!! I created a Yahoo account way back when...
    Now the alternate emails to reset my password does not even exist anymore!!!
    My account is now stuck in limbo, I cannot access and Yahoo has no contact info
    or any other way for me to reset or some how show them that my Yahoo id is my own.
    I am really annoyed with this as very important accounts uses this email for news, info, and private information!!!
    Seriously Yahoo, catch a wake up, I am annoyed and would like to just access my account again. Is there no way of contacting Yahoo! directly and them asking me a few security questions so that they could send my password reset to some other email???
