Weather code 39 and Scattered Showers
Current weather condition from yahoo api is:
condition":{"code":"39","date":"Sat, 11 Nov 2017 07:00 PM CET","temp":"46","text":"Scattered Showers"}
but here https://developer.yahoo.com/weather/documentation.html#codes
code 39 means "scattered thunderstorms". So which one is it then?
Also why is there two scattered thunderstorms with code 38 and 39?
