The new email is the ugliest pile of garbage that you have yet forced on your users. Your USERS - you know, the people whose loyalty to yahoo has made it as financially successful as it is.

I used to be able to send email from an alias account for professional needs but this new version removed it. Funny because someone just laughed at me for still using Yahoo and I complemented the simple user interface. Guess I have to use my gmail account for my real mail and keep the Yahoo one for spam.

I had 4 Yahoo email accounts, all with the same password. Now I must have 4 highly different passwords. Guess what, Yahoo, now I have 3 email accounts, and I'm working on deleting more. This "new" system is not improved, it is ****. Is anybody listening? 297 comments to this post, and while I didn't view them all, I sure didn't see any responses from Yahoo. TIME TO CHANGE TO A DIFFERENT EMAIL SYSTEM.

Is Yahoo listening to us?? Something that worked easily and fine before is now a pain in the neck. Do you want us all to go to gmail?? Fix the horrible slowness of the yahoo mail and help us get out of basic. Hello out there????????

I have lost all my contacts and new emails are being sent to trash rather than to the inbox.
There is no way I can get to settings to restore my contacts and there no longer is a contact icon so you need to change your instructions in help for restoring contacts. the Instructions are simple but impossible to do. I was hacked when I had also loaded Yahoo Mail to
Windows ten. Perhaps this is why Yahoo Mail is now acting weird in Firefox which I installed later after not liking Windows 10 display format. -

The new version looks bad. I accidentally clicked on something to try the new version and can't switch back now. I'm using the Vivaldi browser and it sucks that I have to switch to a different browser to read my mail.

For the time being, try using one of Yahoo! mail supported web browsers. Depending on your operating system and the web browser you are currently using for reading email, when you log in to your email account a window will display a couple of suggested web browsers. Try one of those and keep pestering Yahoo! mail to add support for your web browser.

If you do not see the legend "Try the new Yahoo mail" on the bottom left corner of your screen, it may be because you are using an unsupported web browser. Unfortunately there does not seem to be a way around it for the time being. Use one of the suggested web browsers when you log in, for instance, if your OS is Linux, the suggest web browsers are Chrome and Firefox. You can also leave feedback asking Yahoo! mail to support the web browser of your choice.

I do not like this version of Yahoo Mail. There used to be a link that you could click on to get the better version, that is missing now.

Just leave the format like it was. You don't impress customers by changing everything. You leave it alone. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Hire some people who know people.
