    Why are you changing Yahoo Mail, yet again? You've added wasted steps in processing my mail. Are you trying to make me burn new neural synapses by making me, a senior citizen, learn a new way to do things. I liked the old Yahoo Mail. Give people the option of what they want to use. BTW, I don't like Firefox or Chrome.

    Your new format is absolutely not working with ease of use! Please allow the choice of using
    your old format, I'm using window 10 at the present and this is not giving me too many good
    usage of this present format! I do not like what your staff has decided to be good updates,
    again not to my liking. I think with your listening to your customers is not something in your
    "concern" list!

    why did you change yahoo, I am NOT going to use FIREFOX.... I have been using INTERNET EXPLORER for years and I do not intend to use another brouser.

    I would also like to change back to old Yahoo... cannot forward the old way.. and cannot make larger typing....

    This is clearly why you are losing money as you are losing paying customers like me. I'm paying good money for you folks to have a job, then you go and downgrade the quality of your services - does that mean your going to charge less for the inferior service ?? Change back

    The new Inbox and mail system as a whole sucks. You cannot easily print, and when you forward emails it comes out as only text with no images. Trying to save printable images SUCKS also. It all Sucks! GO BACK the old style.Thinking about letting Gmail be my email. Cannot change Themes either. Looks like you get what you get, and it is not very good.

    PLEASE SWITCH BACK NOW. THIS NEW VERSION SUCKS. I HATE THAT WHEN I DELETE A EMAIL IT GOES BACK TO INBOX AND HAVE TO CLICK ON NEXT ONE. I LIKE OLD VERSION THAT ONCE YOU DELETE A EMAIL IT GOES TO NEXT EMAIL.

    New in box is ok. But composing is absolutely terrible. No easy way to add multiple cc, bcc ! Don't like type style, fonts and etc. - need options these options for composing !

    I have been a loyal Yahoo person for YEARS...do you really want me to change to g-mail because you have taken away the old Yahoo Mail....PLEASE
