    Why has our email been turned back to basic?

    I am losing e-mails and their content. My contact list has changed and I can not seem to figure
    out how to add new contacts.
    plus e-mails I could open before , now I can't open and others I have opened previously now
    show no content.
    Please, please, please return me back to my old Yahoo mail.

    Guess I will join the ranks of the others and leave Yahoo all together. You and your company suck. No one seems to like it. If we liked Firefox, we would have it already. And it has been 2 weeks and your customers HATE this mail. I would like to thank you for forcing me to change to G-Mail and Google homepage.

    I came to the computer and found Yahoo mail basic. With a ribbon across the top of the page telling me I have an outdated browser. I tried to update. MY ONLY CHOICE IS FIREFOX?? Not a chance in ****. That **** crashed on me on a daily basis. I want my mail back as it was, and how about you giving us out here the choice if we want the change to our email? WTF???

    Please stop making changes without prior notification so we, as customers, can decide whether or not to have this new version...it stinks, it sucks and I cant get my PC back to how it was. This is not the way to do business. I cannot do e-mails with this.

    My internet browser is Internet Explorer and my home page is yahoo.com I like this its what I'm used to.

    I want my old yahoo email back, I never had a problem and I don't want to change my browser to mozilla

    I wish I never changed from my old yahoo. Had I known I would never have updated to this. I can not accomplish anything with yahoo since I changed to windows 10. I too want the old version back. Never had problems like this and am planning on changing to another email account like so many of the others. For all the same reasons listed by others here. This STINKS!

    I'm not interested in another web browser, Internet Explorer is just fine. So just return my Yahoo Mail to the version that allows me to delete the dross without reading it.

    I do NOT like this new format!!!!!!!!!!!!! The old one was perfect. I shouldn't have to change to fire fox. I can't change font and I can't read my messages. I guess I'll have to change over to gmail etc.
    This certainly is not an improvement for the user!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I want to be able to chose font size, BIU, all of the things that used to be there. I do NOT like this new format, and cannot see the print because it is too small

    I want my old yahoo mail back. I don't want the basic one. Also I shouldn't be forced to download Firefox just to get my old yahoo mail back. I use IE as my browser and wish to continue using IE or even Microsoft Edge.

    New one is just to force you to get their Internet Explorer
