Many times when I sign in my email : drivekyle43@yahoo.com , I should start from the beginning , Why give me hard time such as yahoo account

Many times I start from the beginning such as your number :837-401 YRWMBCAQ ,VXRMNMGQ , I always complete the same procedures to get in my email ? why ? let me know , my FACEBOOK was hacked , the hacker erased all my information and now my yahoo account too ? ? please give me an answer ?
