Hallo!
I've tried to write my feedback to you, but somehow it did not work out - so I am writing here in the hope that technical staff can see this.
I usually check and send my e-mails from my home computer. It must have a permanent or dynamic IP or whatever you use to see my location.
Today I needed to send an e-mail and I used my smartphone for this. The system did not let me! The message was something like - "it's not your usual location - try from another device".
So, my question is: Why the **** YOU tell me from what device to send my emails??? I have a login and a password for it. Why the **** I am having this ****? It's modern world, you know, people travel sometimes... If one password is not enough to identify me, create a second one - but stop telling me "it's not your usual location" or "try from another divice". I know this.
I hope someone from client or technical service writes an e-mail and explains how to avoid this absolutely stupid situation in future.
