Yahoo has horrible customer service. They don't even have a 'contact us' option anywhere. Instead of them taking care of a situation, your only option is to 'ask the community'. You can't even send an e-mail request to them when THEY ARE AN E-MAIL COMPANY. It should be quick and simple to ask a freaking QUESTION. All I want to know is if it is possible to de-activate all passwords/account keys and be able to go directly into my e-mails and I can't get an answer. Scratch that - I can't even find a place to ASK that question. Pathetic.

Hi,
I received an email just now stating that I need to upgrade Yahoo. I believe this is a scam.
Please confirm and look at my inbox and you will see it. I would tend to think if you wanted me to upgrade, you would have gave more warning and had more infomation on the front end when I logged in. Please advise. Michellsingleton@yahoo.com -

I am getting Notifications from "CMBC1001@yahoo.com" each time their e-mail is checked. I've been sending those message to Spam but that has not stop it from coming to my e-mail. How can CMBC1001@YAHOO.COM from their account.

No where can I find a link set a new password to replace the one I forgot. I always have to mess around and request a code be sent to my email in order to access my email account.. Please help me. Thanks, srimulya@yahoo.com

I live in a rural area with bad cell phone reception. Yesterday I tried to use a public library computer to print something from my e-mail, and couldn't log on w/o getting some kind of verification from my cell phone. That would have required me to go outside the building, and lose my seat at the computer table. How do I 'untie' my e-mail account from my cell phone ? Not everyone lives in a place where there is connectivity.

Cannot access links or unsubscribe to email in my spam file. There is no option that will work for this problem when I try to email Help support. Yahoo is so unusable these days. Why is there no option simply to email Help and explain the problem without going through the very limited list of options ?

I lost all my folders and am not receiving any e-mails or even spam for that matter. I was able to retrieve my address book, but I don't know how I did it. There's an old saying; "don't fix it if it ain't broke". Why can't you just leave things alone when they are working OK.

I got a text message saying something about my yahoo account key. I did not authorized this. The key codes were 25253 and 15331. Please let me know who is doing this. I did change my password.
