Yahoo has horrible customer service. They don't even have a 'contact us' option anywhere. Instead of them taking care of a situation, your only option is to 'ask the community'. You can't even send an e-mail request to them when THEY ARE AN E-MAIL COMPANY. It should be quick and simple to ask a freaking QUESTION. All I want to know is if it is possible to de-activate all passwords/account keys and be able to go directly into my e-mails and I can't get an answer. Scratch that - I can't even find a place to ASK that question. Pathetic.
