First of all, these feedback forums are ways that big companies can use to ignore users' issues and complaints and are already a sign of how little a company values its consumers.

Second of all, Yahoo has been a sinking ship for a while now. Ever since the hacking incidents, I evacuated my important accounts (banks, medical, purchases, etc.) to a non-Yahoo email address. Now, with the nightmare merger of AOL and Verizon and the new "privacy" policy, I am evacuating the rest of my things and closing my Yahoo account. I encourage anyone else dissatisfied with the new, worse privacy issues to do the same.
