Basic Mail provides base functionality like reading and writing messages, but does not include many of the advanced options. To use these features, we recommend upgrading to full-featured version of Yahoo Mail.

  2. Entered YID should match with signed in YID. And I am losing my e-mails progressively, it seems. Thank you Yahoo.

    I am progressively losing my e-mails in my inbox, while my outbox dates back to 2009. I have no idea what is doing this, but I am forced to change to another e-mail service provider given how critical this error is. There is simply no excuse for this.

  4. Whyi s my email address shohwing on the screen when I enter yahoo mail? whyd o I have to add an account to use a different account?

    I recently changed the password on my email account. I never keep my self signed in, yet when I open the email tab on Yahoo it opens to this one account that I can click on or add a new account. I prefer the old screen where I have to enter the address then password. How can I go back to that screen and get rid of what I feel is a breech on my privacy?

  12. How about investing in a dictionary? I have to go to other search engines to spell words because Yahoo Mail is borderline illiterate.

    Buy a dictionary. Yahoo Mail doesn't have a very large vocabulary. Why have spell check if it doesn't know how to spell the words?

  18. Please leave my mail account alone. I want the old format back. You new format takes up more than a page and is silly.

    Go back to the old version of mail. I did not request a new format and am not pleased with having it foisted on me. Leave things alone and if you allow feedback actually allow us to leave it not just write it and watch it sit there not going anywhere.
