  1. getting email on time.

    What is wrong with your system? I am getting email that was sent on Sunday pm, here it is Wednesday. Get your act together. Also why is yahoo always slow , not responding, among other things. This has gotten to be the worse interest service ever.

  4. Spam

    not sure what you have done but my Spam box when from having 4-5 items in spam every 2-3 days to all of a sudden 40-50 spams per day. Did you get hacked or somehow release our email addresses to. Absolutely ridiculous the type of spam I have been getting.

  8. customer service is horrible

    my husband yahoo account was hacked.they changed his email address and deleted his phone number number and we cannot get any help from yahoo. this is disturbing knowing someone has access to all his stuff and we cannot reach out and speak to anyone.

  9. Please help us get back the previous version.

    Help! We switched to the new Yahoo Mail and didn't like it. We tried to switch back to the previous version that we had and got Basic Mail. We wanted to land in between, which is where we were. Please help us restore what we had. We think that was Classic Mail. Thank you.

  10. Once you have a "BLOCKED ADDRESS", then it should be just that, BLOCKED. I have blocked 20 addresses and I am still getting mail from them.

    If you have a "BLOCKED ADDRESS" then it should be blocked. I have added 20 email addresses into the BLOCKED ADDRESSES and I am still getting email from the same blocked addresses. WTF Yahoo.

  12. Not getting emails from particular senders since July 12, 2018

    I need to have the email sent to me delivered to my account, not automatically discarded. Emails from senders who have communicated with me for years no longer get through since around July 12,2018. The emails are being sent just not delivered. I need this corrected. Please respond to my account with a functional solution.

  14. Sending and attaching PDF documents

    My mail is LOCKED. It just saying "100% attaching" and it's been locked there for 3 hours... Even if I sign out of switch accounts.

    Yahoo! Mail is beginning to be more problematic than it is worth. I can't attach files larger than 25 megs. Well, the newer mail tells you this (which is buggy and slow). I run Classic because it is more seemless and less glitchy. Unfortunately, I attached a pdf over 25 megs and now it is still stuck in uploading limbo. I can't send other messages.     I have received 2 notifications that email account under the penname "onehotflame@yahoo.com" is to be deactivated in one hour after opening the email. I only use this to talk to people or answer other ads. If it is to be deactivated for some reason or has been hacked then maybe I need to seek legal advice because I have had this account since the mid 90's. Let me know where I stand on this isswue!

    I have scrolled down and agreed with your new privacy situation. I will stop using Yahoo mail as my primary email if you do not stop posting it in my screen. I have other things to do than to click through that ****.And no, I will not change my computer settings for you so that I might stop seeing that screen.
