  2. I wish Yahoo would stop being political and putting White House emails in spam when you can easilty unsubscribe

    Yahoo continues to put White House emails in my spam folder , even when I check not spam. It is very easy to unsubscribe if any one wanted to, but let me decide, not Democrat favoring Yahoo.

    I had to get a phone verification 3 times to get to my email.
    Cut the *, Fire the company that came up with that *, and use someone else.
    A group of children could do a better job.

  4. Stop being dictatorial towards account holders don't deny their privileges or phase out accounts.

    change your policy about naggingly requesting sign-ins as it disrupts the momentum of account holders' smooth operations in how they use email. Let them have access to their passwords without the usual harangue.
    Its a consternation and frustrating.Recently I was pulling hairs trying to open my email as Yahoo kept putting obstacles in front of me-For what purpose ?Its baffling and ludicrous !!!!

  13. Provide a mechanism to report system failures.

    POP service has been unavailable for a week with an error message: The STAT command did not succeed. Error getting message number and sizes. Mail server pop.mail.yahoo.com responded: Server error - Please try again later. I've deleted everything, so the stat is zero. Fails on multiple email clients. If it was really a server error, someone at Yahoo should have seen it. Is Yahoo dropping POP service on free accounts without announcing it?

  16. Hello! my basic account seems to bounce back and forth. one week i can advance to the next email and the next week i can not. frustration.

    an option to remove the phone number from email account.
    and fix the darn 'Next' button in the email page so i can advance to the next email in my in box

  17. Save Yahoo Classic mail

    I have always enjoyed classic mail and have tried the "new" format and I didn't like it. I can't filter e-mails in the new format and I'm easily able to do so using the classic version. I will strongly consider switching my primary e-mail to another site once Classic mail is discontinued after January 31, 2019. I know many others feel the same way about Yahoo gradually ridding itself of Classic mail from all of the comments on here. I really hope Yahoo will listen to its users and keep Classic mail as an alternative to their new version.

  18. Remove the stupid "prove I'm not a robot" bit during login process!!

    How about you take off the ******* annoying "prove I'm not a robot" bit during the login process. This is really annoying as being pulled across carpet tacks naked and doesn't accomplish anything. I expect, as with most things, that Yahoo will demonstrate that it is tonedeaf and will not change this, however.

    Did a mail search using word 'boys' as birthdays are in email...amd a **** ad for child *********** came up at top of inbox. I tried to delete and it kept redirecting to page. What is wrong with you!!!

  20. Default font letterspacing is too tight

    Are you using Foundation Sans Condensed? If so, you should add some more letterspacing (tracking) to it -- say 10/1000 of an em -- and that would help your users' legibility issues tremendously. Going condensed allows more wordage, however, legibility is suffering. And to ask that users increase their browsers' font size by hitting "command+" is not a solution. Poor typography design is not the users' problem; it's a UI designer's job.
