Just because Google does it, does NOT mean it's the right way. .
You guys had a great layout before. Now it's cumbersome and ugly. Some go-to features (e.g. links to one's fantasy sports teams) no longer appear to be present. Same applies to Y! mail. You used to have a sleek, user-friendly interface, but trying to copy Gmail has been a giant step in the wrong direction. If people want to use Gmail -- as your data undoubtedly shows -- they will. You are their competitor; provide your user base with added value, not the same thing.

Bug: Content Not Updating on New My Yahoo
I have NYT content in my home page for My Yahoo. The NYT International content is not updating. In fact, it has news from April 8 2008. I have screen shots for you. Can you fix this defect?

Better layout capability
Allow a means of placing one's content on the page that is suitable for each person. For example, I'd like to see my Weather and Portfolio on top of the page, nut crammed down somewhere else.

With the old My Yahoo page I could create my own unique color palette.
Instead of having to choose a pre-made theme, I used to be able to create my own color palette for the My Yahoo page. While photo backgrounds are nice, I liked my own colors much better. Please bring this feature back

help us love you again. bring back the market value and totals display
improvement does not aways mean trying to reinvent the wheel! and just between you and me...the new look and feel of my.yahoo is awful. chincy with an amateurish flair, and that is nothing to be proud of. you're better than that Yahoo! now get back in there and try it again, and this time use people that have their respective fingers on your market share.

It seems to me that yahoo has abandoned serious users for the ooh pretty glitter app crowd.
It seems to me that yahoo has abandoned serious users for the ooh pretty glitter app crowd. From all the comments it looks like a that might be a deadly move for Yahoo to make. I too am unhappy with the "teeny - bopper" sort of alleged upgrade that has been rammed down our throats and would like to have the old My Yahoo page back. If the majority of folks leave who have threatened to Yahoo won't be able to get any advertising on their site. WHY? Because there will be NO ONE THERE!

I'm taking the calendar off
New Yahoo is awful - not as bad as the last attempt but awful. So here's the deal. I can't use the new calendar so as of today it's off. I will find another calendar somewhere that is as good or better than the old one. Weather - gave up on it and took it off months ago. Mail loads very slowly. I've had my address for 17 years for so but I'm looking around.

new My Yahoo is worst ever
Return to the old version of My Yahoo. After being forced to the new My Yahoo a lot of the headlines I have read for years are gone. The order of them was also changed and when I reorganize them they are different the next time I log in. The fonts and layout are terrible.
I will now be leaving My Yahoo and looking for another site to read the headlines I want without all of the hassle. It is not worth it, even though I have been using it for well over 10 years.
