I want to be able to speak to someone on the phone and get my questions answered. Why do you not answer?
My idea would be that you ANSWER the phone when people call for help. You give a number then say there is a large call volume, so you will not be able to take the call. You say use the website. If I wanted to use the website, I wouldn't have called in the first place. The help part of the website is useless. The quick answers are no help, and they say there are no further solutions. YOUR NEW FORMAT SUCKS AND YOUR CUSSTOMER SERVICE IS USELESS. I am cahnging to a differenht email provider.

What questions do we have? Isn't anyone reading this? The modules are missing or broken, the layout is not user friendly. Not even eye friendly. You're non-responsive, or you come back with something insipid like "what questions do you have" when you're surrounded by them.

How about first reading the customer complaints in the comment section and actually answering them as opposed to releasing a canned response apologizing profusely but meaninglessly.

Yahoo needs to answer the phone and support customers. The website is useless.

I can not and will not use Yahoo until someone from Yahoo calls me or gives ne a telephone number that someone actually answers. If everyone actually stops using Yahoo then Yahoo will have to address some of these problems or go out of business. Every one should just stop using Yahoo till they answer the phone like I am doing I call twice a ay and will not use Yahoo ever again till they answer the phone. If we all get together on this I bet they will start answering their telephone.

Yes, cannot agree more. Your "help" options are ******* useless and you call center is constantly " experiencing greater than normal call volumes" and "Unable to answer your call at this time" which of course means someone is masturbating furiously in the bathroom and does not want to answer the phone. Also would have been nice to be able to email someone about your gross security issues with password reset, such as being forced to reset your password with little to no verification that the person attempting to reset IS EVEN THE REAL PERSON THE ACCOUNT IS LINKED TO!!!

Agreed! I have a similar problem… I need assistance with a small glitch but cannot spend tons of time one the phone or waiting on hold. I simply want to email someone in Yahoo tech support the problem, and them to just fix it and let me know… Why is there NO WAY to actually contact a rep electronically? I’ve been through these new “help” pages over and over, but I just keep being routed in circles to different topics and discussion boards that offer no help.
