The new one stinks. Bring back the old one or I'm gone.

If Yahoo doesn't change it back I'll make Google or MSN my home page. I'll give them one week.

HOW TO MAKE NEW MY YAHOO BETTER - CONSTRUCTIVE IDEAS
Okay, the changeover to the New My Yahoo has happened and it's not going back to the Classic. So - what steps can Yahoo take to make the new experience better?
1) Offer more themes (dump Joe Buck), including a retro-classic look.
2) Let consumers choose font color.
3) Give us a choice on layout that allows 3 columns set up as: narrow - wide - narrow.
4) Reduce the size of some of the modules. Weather takes up way too much space (mainly because the fonts are too large), and there is a lot of wasted space on Stocks.
5) Fix Weather module so that Auto Detect Location can be turned off. Right now the lead location is "Montana," which is fine because I live in MT. But this is the 4th largest state in the U.S., so an average weather report for the entire state has nothing to so with my region in the Northwest. As I write there is a 10-degree difference between "Montana" and "Kalispell."
I'm really glad you decided to put "hover over headlines" back. Great feature.
So, we're stuck with this new design. Let's all try to make it better. Deal?

Every time I go to my page I have to REMOVE the section for my AT&T bill - I don't need to see it - I get an email regarding my bill when it is due. Why doesn't the REMOVE on any of the sections we choose to remove? Like the old way better, and Themes - these are the worst that I have ever seen. I want the old way back - if I had wanted the new look I would have changed to that when it first came out.

Yep, the old one was better. I could make it look like a newspaper front page. But, alas. Nice backward progress.

Every time I log in, I have to change my location to get the weather. No matter how many times I change the location to Grand Rapids, Michigan, when I log out it reverts to some other city I don't care about. This new version stinks!

My old home page was much tighter. This one looks like a 3 year old designed it. Way too much screen space is being used. I have always had Yahoo as my home page and now I'm looking for other options. You really know how to dumb down a home page!

Why change something if it isn't broke. Change just for the sake of change is a poor business practice. Perhaps you can ask your customers what they want next time. Dumb!

Why in the world would Yahoo launch this unfinished piece of junk? Its disfunctional and should not have been launched until ready

I have to agree with the masses that you messed up a good thing when you changed my yahoo. I've been very loyal over the years and have never even looked at another site but maybe it's time to break away if this is what you are all about. Thanks for the good times.

If You LIKE your "old my.yahoo" you can keep it
