Stop bad math on portfolio total percent change
Simply adding the percentage change of sub-portfolios to obtain a total portfolio percentage change is bad grade school math. A one percent change in sub portfolio A and a one percent change in sub portfolio B is NOT a two percent change in the total portfolio. Do the math. It is a ONE percent change in the total portfolio.

Bring back news warnings for indivdual stocks in the portfolio widget
By far the most useful thing (because it cant be replaced with an RSS feed from anywhere) was the little symbol that appeared over a stock symbol when there was 'new news'. Pointing to the symbol gave the chart and news for the stock. This couldn't be replicated on on other websites easily- or if their is one, I will switch to it.

Bring back the Recent News linked to your portfolio. Been using the Candian view of MyYahoo for it but now that's being forced "updated".
Seems crazy they removed the ability to see a targeted news summary just for your portfolio. It was still working on the Canadian myyahoo but now that says a forced update is coming 3/24 so I assume we'll lose the feature there as well.

Where are my portfolios? Also, this home page stinks especially the finance section and the advertisements in the uppper right hand corner.
go back to the portfolios as they were. at the present, I can not reach my portfolios because of "maintenance. If I don't get them back, I will loose valuable information. If this and the my yahoo home page is not fixed, I will leave within the next 30 days.

Restore highs and lows and news buttons for stocks
In the former versions, we could set highs and lows and there would be arrows appearing alongside the stocks designating whether our targets had been reached. This is no longer the case. Also, on the home page there was a symbol denoting when there was a news article about a stock, and a sub-menu would open up showing the articles to select from. These were good features, and should be brought back.

I would love to be able to list stocks in my portfolio, there is a large BUG in my way...........
Try to fix "Add to portfolio"It does not work for over 42 hours The driver is asleep at the wheel. I REALLY do NOT wish to go over to Google which seems to have some advantages over the train wreck that has been foisted onto a LOYAL public....

Not happy with the pretty much gutted portfolio information of the "improved" Yahoo? Try the Morningstar portfolio manager.
Lots of negative feedback with the "new" Yahoo? With no "Company News" option to provide ongoing and updated news for your stocks, no flag to indicate news and lacking totals for each portfolio on the home page. If you are unhappy, try the Morningstar portfolio. You can only track 100 stocks per portfolio but there are many more options to customize your portfolio views than Yahoo ever imagined. I've already transferred most of my portfolio information and am already liking it better than even the old yahoo portfolio manager. Best of all, it is free unless you want some of…

For gods sake Even the suggestion box doesn't work properly
You can't even use the right category to post a suggestion. They all show up under the same one. This is one hot mess. Possibly the biggest blunder of all time. I will use my yahoo ca until you remove that or go back to the old one. I am searching for a new landing as we speak.

Stock window needs to have the totals on the main My Yahoo screen. It use to.
Each portfolio I had showing on the stock box showed the $ total and what it was for the day + or -. Now I have to dig into the portfolio to see it.
It was there on previous version.
