problem with recent attached pdf files
It looks like the last month at least , when I compose a new message and attach pdf files from other recent emails , the recipient cannot open them . Is not about the size of the file or the browser of the recipient . I use iOS for iPhone 13 , fully updated

Get rid of the new inbox categories in the iOS app for paid accounts
Please get rid of the new inbox categories in the IOS app for paid email accounts, or at the very least, allow users to make them optional. I do NOT want Yahoo! AI deciding how to categorize my emails. I will do that myself. The automatic characterization is extremely annoying.

using disposable addresses
Suppose you receive email from someone responding to a letter you sent from a disposable address.
When you reply, the default address is your primary address not the disposable one you originally used.
I know you can change it, but I'm sure many people have mistakenly given out their primary email address.

Double standardards on articles and what you can post
On the News page before you sign into your e-mail, many articles come out and use 4 letter words, but a person then commenting on them can't even say the word: ****. Total double standard!

Since yahoo mail’s latest update…the app sucks! Everytime I try to select more than 60 emails…the app freezes, then moments later it crashe

No access to folders
There is no access to folders. Neither from Yahoo app (iOS) nor browser. Only inbox can be reached.
The Inbox bottom is not working as a drop down as it normally does.

I have a problem using the app for a couple of days. When I want to go to another folder instead of the inbox and click on the left bottom icon it just doesn’t show any other folders just inbox

Problem opening folders list in mobile app
I’m not able to open the folder’s list which used to show up upon clicking on the INBOX button on the bottom left of the page. I have reinstalled the app from the IOS App Store a couple of times but to no avail. Kindly look into it and resolve the issue. My email ID is “ranjanroy14@yahoo.com”. On the laptop yahoo account is working fine.

App no letting me switching folders
Trying to give feedback/report a problem but I can’t see to do it anywhere. Ever since the latest update every time I press the inbox button to switch folders it doesn’t load anything at all. I’ve uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. Restarted my phone too. Can’t access my other folders or emails as such. Just thought I would let you know.

since the latest update to ios app, it is no longer working as intended. The button on the left bottom corner for sent items and other folders is not working. This issue is affecting a lot of users as they have left feedback in the app store for yahoo app.

Revoir le bug de l’application
Objet : Disparition des dossiers système sur iOS
Bonjour, sur mon iPhone, les dossiers "Indésirables" (Spam), "Brouillons" et "Corbeille" ont totalement disparu de l'interface. J'ai déjà tenté de réinstaller l'application, de réinitialiser le compte et de faire un redémarrage forcé de l'iPhone, mais le problème persiste. Même la commande "in:spam" dans la barre de recherche ne donne aucun résultat. Merci de corriger ce bug de synchronisation.
