  1. Subject: Request to Recover My Yahoo Account

    Dear Yahoo Support Team,
    Last week, while trying to sign in to my email account (asalp********01@yahoo.com), I accidentally clicked on “Forgot password,” even though I already knew my password.
    Since that day, I haven’t been able to access my account. Because I live in Iran, I’m not receiving the 6-digit verification code on my mobile number.
    I kindly ask you, if possible, to send the verification code to my alternative email address instead of my phone number (asal

  2. Please do not use the new app that keeps on its own changing my current version

    There is nothing better on the planet than the current version. The new version is horrifically terrible. If you have multiple email accounts, it doesn’t look right. Everything changes and accessing other email accounts is terrible. The menu bar at the bottom being gone is absolutely crazy. What are you guys doing? Please stop it now.

  3. Yahoo mail no help

    I am not able to login in my yahoo mail account and when I call the help desk they charge money ,this is ridiculous,I have been a user of yahoo for more than 15 years and when I need help you charge money . Highly disappointed

  5. Stop screwing w/email settings in iPhone!!!

    I refuse to tolerate any further interference in my iPhone email system by yahoo. You can STOP screwing with SETTINGS! *******..I don't WANT your extra hoops to jump through when sending email via my yahoo email address.

    You have NO RIGHT to make UNREASONABLE DEMANDS OF DISABLED PEOPLE! Teo way verification is just another attempt to use disabilities AGAINST us😤

    I logged in online w/my password yet in my iPhone SETTINGS YOU REFUSE TO ACCEPT THE SAME IDENTICAL PASSWORD?!?! What's the THINKING behind YOUR CHOICE to eff my life up this way?!

  6. Password needed for opening PDF file cannot be opened

    In the yahoo mail app on iphone: In email message Attached encrypted (password needed for opening) PDF file cannot be opened after the iOS 26 upgade. Before the iOS 26 upgrade it could be opened with password if it was attached in email message. Please fix it

    ฉันไม่ต้องการรับอีเมล์หาคู่ dating ใดๆ ทั้งสิ้น เข่น Youmetalks และอื่นใด เพราะรู้สึกรบกวนความเป็นส่วนตัว และคุกคามสิทธิส่วนบุคคลอย่างมาก ทั้งๆ ที่ดิฉันพยายามลบเมล์หลายครั้ง และพยายามหาช่องทาง block unsatisfied emails ก็ไม่มี ซึ่ง yahoo ควรมีช่องทางนี้ให้สมาชิก yahoo จัดการเองได้

    ดิฉันจึงขอยืนยันความประสงค์ ไม่รับอีเมล์หาคู่ใดๆ และ yahoo ควรเพิ่มระบบ block mail ให้สมาชิกได้ใช้เมื่อเจอเมล์โฆษณาที่ไม่ต้องการรับแบบนี้ด้วยค่ะ

    This feedback is about the Yahoo Mail mobile app (iOS). My iPhone language is Turkish, but the app still appears in English. I reinstalled the app and checked all settings, but nothing changes. Please add proper Turkish language support to the app. Thank you.

  12. Reduce inbox contents

    Add feature to delete unread emails. Allow sort of inbox by size (asc & dsc) and present so that individual or range of emails can be flagged for deletion.

  13. Bring back our emails

    Your company deleted over 20 years worth of valuable information and sentimental emails photos and memories from all the people who decided to use your services. I have had an account since I was 9 years old and I no longer have access to any of the photos and emails I cherished. Thanks a lot, I am very disappointed. My mother said it would be the safest option for me as a young child. This is horrible and truly heartbreaking

  14. Email options

    Why did you change the app to where I can’t slept emails a week or month at a time to delete. Now
    I have to select each email to delete it a select a week at a time and then deselect items I would like to keep.

    I was try to contact many time but not contacted. Very bad experience with yahoo mail. I am not receiving emails from particular domain without any block and filters for 5-6 months.

  20. I need help

    I can’t access my e-mail qdeltaskyn3t@yahoo.com with no method because I switched to iOS from the S24U and reseted everything. I have all the data to confirm that is my email, please do smth and help me, your password recovery methods are NO good at all, also you have no option to directly talk with an operator, or at least a contact info for support
