The current scoring system has too high of a discrepancy of total points from week to week during the bye weeks. All the weeks where there are 16 games the current point system works since there a total of 136 points for each of these weeks. However, as soon as there is one bye, the point total goes down to 120. With two byes in one week the point total goes down to 105. With 3 byes during one week the point total dwindles to a mere 91. It makes these bye weeks way less valuable than the regular weeks. All that needs to be done, is instead of cutting out the 16, 15, and 14 point plays during bye weeks, cut the 1,2,and 3 point plays.

It's a simple fix. It would help yahoo football pick'em quite a bit.
