thank you yahoo for staying #1 I website design and the great way you have your layouts , you didn't follow all the other stupid designs the others websites changed too ,, they are awful to look at or use ! so YAHOO GETS A #1 in perfection , I hope you never change what you have that's good about being a user with yahoo , great jobs guys , please don't ruin what a good design and websites you have ! a loyal user to yahoo !

i can never hear when someone sends me an instant message on my phone. There used to be a page to change notifications for the phone
needs to be a system menu for phone to select notification sounds and volume there used to be one but not on the new release

Customer Service Sucks!!!!
Guess you don't want me as a customer -- if I want to give positive or negative feedback, I am unable. If its not on your short list to choose from -- you don't want to hear what I have to say. And because I couldn't find what I wanted and it was jumping hoops and getting nowhere - you're getting negative feedback from a customer of 15 plus years. My first time doing this.
