  4. THIS IS NOT ONLY FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES, BUT FOR EVERYONE. FIRST OF AL, THERE IS NO CLEAR WAY OF CONTACTING YAHOO CUSTOMER SUPPORT

    It took me forever to find a way to contact customer support!!! A complete waste of time and energy.     Anyways, I had trouble logging in to my account and needed to reset my password. NEVER GOT THE VERIFICATION CODE. THAT MUST BE FIXED. I verified my phone number and selected the button to send another code many times, yet, it never happened. MANY people are having trouble with this so please fix this immediately

  10. I have HUGHES satellite internet and have only 500 Mb per day.

    I have only 500 Mb per day and cannot afford to have all my data eaten up by your ads.
    It's not fair! YOU are robbing me when I cannot look at what I want to look at because YOU want to force me to look at your ads.
    Ads that I am NOT interested in. I quit watching TV TEN YEARS ago because I am sick of all the ads.

    Really. YOU are literally picking my pocket when you force me to spend MY MONEY to watch YOUR ADS when I have limited data.

    Every so often when i log on to my email - i am requested to add a mobile phone number. I just want to put out there that NOT everyone has a mobile phone. I use skype for all my needs and when i try to enter that number it says this is not a phone number...can you upgrade that portion of your system to accept skype numbers?
