People with disabilities should have free and inalienable access to the same rights as everyone else also lenience of crime
People with disabilities especially mental shouldn't be held to the same standard when crimes are committed when they are influenced by their disability, also they should be considered to be full fledged citizens like all other citizens

you xcould stop cutting off the phone lines of old ladies,in Richmond CA, so they have no 911 access!!!

Please change the design back to old ways. It was so easy to read.
Make My Yahoo the way it was. I could make 3 or 4 columns and concentrate on my interest. I can't read the new site and I hate the newspaper look. I may have to swich homepage.

Online help only for people who are not up on technology and who have a disability, is not helpful at all!
I need a telephone # to call instead of having to jump through all of these hoops that I don't understand how to do in the 1st freaking place.
