stop taking away our features!!!!
very upset because I stayed with Yahoo and moved all my history here because yahoo mail offered 1Tb storage. Now I can't even pay to receive what was promised. Pay for 200GB when I had 1Tb for free? Why Yahoo? You should not take away from existing accounts but rather just limit new accounts. Yahoo apparently wants to have a reputation for lying, false promises, and taking away services from long time loyal users.

return color themes to yahoo
old yahoo had color themes. now you only have light and dark. I have a visual impairment. both white and black are too extreme which are too intense triggering migraines (no not headaches; full blown migraines with light sensitivity and aura). Soft pastel colors, particularly light blue and lavender are best and that is what I previously had for many years with the previous yahoo. I keep being told I can go back to the old, but that is not true, because features were removed and it doesn't function properly anymore. Please retrain employees to actually know this. ALL should have been the default in the original design
Clicking back to ALL because yahoo defaults to PRIORITY constantly is a joke. It happens over 50 times an hour--every hour--when working with email. Excessive mouse use. This design blunder should never have made it to production.

Turn off AI summaries for yahoo mail automatically.
Turn off AI summaries for mail automatically. My mother has poor vision and the AI summaries are confusing her, because they're showing inaccurate and threatening information. She has poor enough vision that she CAN'T SEE the disclaimers that says that this is an AI summary. It has caused her HOURS of stress and made her do things she didn't need to do (or even should).

Excessive mouse use, hidden menus make this redesign PAINFUL TO USE. Accessibility issues were totally ignored in the redesign
Those of us with dexterity issues find the redesign painful to use. Too much excessive mouse use, too much scrolling, too many hidden menus. replaced with useless **** that sits fixed on the screen. Priority as default--instead of all--is a blunder, as is the block of starred and contacts that take 1/3rd of the entire screen. Too many mouse over and it appears--again excessive mouse use. Prior version of mail had better accessibility. new version does not.

Please Enable Adblock programs
Adblocker is a huge disability tool for those with disabilities, especially people with ADHD and autism. It also helps many other people who are disabled or have certain issues due to certain challenges. If you need a better explanation, you can find one here:
