It took me forever to find a way to contact customer support!!! A complete waste of time and energy. Anyways, I had trouble logging in to my account and needed to reset my password. NEVER GOT THE VERIFICATION CODE. THAT MUST BE FIXED. Every so often when i log on to my email - i am requested to add a mobile phone number. I just want to put out there that NOT everyone has a mobile phone. I use skype for all my needs and when i try to enter that number it says this is not a phone number...can you upgrade that portion of your system to accept skype numbers?
