Font colour
At the moment every time I reply back to an email or forward one, it changes all the font colour to purple.
How do I stop doing that?? Please help

Add Contacts, Copy, Paste
I wish there was a way to add contacts from yahoo email to my yahoo contacts or even my phone contacts. Also, I need to be able to select, copy, and paste. And also something else that I can't remember right now.

New app is terrible on tablet
What happened to the tablet view that made use of larger screen? This new version is terrible. New version also automatically opens next message, no more option to go back to list. Please give me old version back.

I absolutely despise this new version. Can I change back to the classic version?
I want to be able to use the classic version. This one is confusing and has way too much going on. The drafts are listed in my inbox like New emails. Once am email is sent the drafts should go away. Just too much junk in the invoice. Also tyre setup is funky....not easy to use at all. I stayed with using yahoo because all others were confusing and the ads gave started getting out of control....now yahoo is just as bad, if not worse. It's a mess and I truly HATE IT!

Reinstate ability to delete old email addresses that pop up when creating a new email
When creating a new email in the To box I would put all my friends names beginning with the letter A which would brings up their names. I also am finding emails from companies that once corresponded w me us old emails I once deleted in the previous version I used. There is no Contacts List at all to delete anything unless I Google Yahoo mail and go to Classic site on my Android.

Terrible update. USER needs to be able to do a lot more customization to live with this version.
This new version should allow Users to customize so they can do everything they did with past version. New version should include NEW features but not forego features that worked in old version and that Users used. For example, how do I increase text size so I can easily read my emails? Help section doesn't address this. The avitar is larger than the text! Can we change the avitar so my 3 friends with names beginning with "C" don't all show the same avitar? This version is no faster than old version so I don't get how it is better…

I like the new version. I would like the ability to star from the inbox screen please.
Currently you can only add a star by opening the message.

Your new version sucks bad..
It sucks bad change it back . With the old version I was able to select all my emails if I wanted them all deleted with this new one if I don't check my email for days n I want to erase them I have to click one by one . Very time consuming. Come on guys

Is it possible to have multiple accounts open in the inbox rather than having to toggle between accounts
I don't like having to toggle between accounts to see inboxes. Can't the inbox show combined 'inbox' for all accounts running?

I am going to de-install the yahoo mail app right when I am finished with that comment.
But before that I would like to inform you about my reasons.
First a few words about usability and customer service. Unfortunately there seems to be a tendency where many internet and software companies get an - imho - wrong idea aboput those two topics.
They try to 'think' for the user to anticipate problems he would run into and choices he would have to make - nothing wrong so far.
But then they start anticipating his choices or preferences and decide it…

Default sending account email address
I have several account connected, and several accounts dumped into my Yahoo Mail account. As in the previous version, I would like the android app to use the same sending account email address as the internet yahoo mail.
Even better, for each account, when replying to a message, I would like to address associated with the account (to which the original message was sent) to be used for the sending account in the reply. -
Contacts
.....can you reinitiate the method of installing multiple addresses from the contact list instead of one at a time ???.....as an organizer of many teams and tournaments it is what was once a one minute procedure now
a fifteen minute task to contact 30 to 60 people at a time....thx -
How can I turn off the newsfeeds? I don't want all that data loading on my phone.
How do I stop all the newsfeeds from loading? I don't want to pay data charges for all the graphics, etc. I also need the background to be darker and the font is much too skinny to read quickly at a glance. I also need a much faster way to delete my inbox and unwanted emails.

Sync interval ..?
Hi ,
Kindly add setting to change 'sync interval' .. App consumes lot of battery due to continuous mail check.. Option needs to be added to check for mail once in 30 mins, 1 hr etc.

Folders do not give notifications
I use filters to send a lot of emails to different folders, but I only get notifications for the inbox. I have missed quite a few important emails because of this. How can this be fixed?

Yahoo app Sort
The Yahoo app on my Samsung S5 (Android) used to have a sort by sender selection, wherein you can view all the emails received from a sender. Why is this function not available anymore?
