  3. I use my email constantly and Yahoo has now crippled my ability to use it.

  6. Fix the app looping

    I am stuck in a loop with my Yahoo Mail app. I can't get out of it. I have cleaned by cache but it asks the same 3 questions. This app is not user friendly so many weird issues.

    There is no ability to add reminders to the read emails. Something like add reminder / snooze emails for certain time might be useful.

  13. Endless loops in Yahoo "Help"

    I get a message telling me Yahoo can't log me in (to my email) and to try again with a different "device". How many "devices" does Yahoo think we have???
    I try again with the same device... and the same thing happens.
    So I click "HELP".
    This brings me to a page which asks me for my email address, before offering me a choice of sending feedback, or "Contact Us". Given the endless-loop trouble I had trying to send Feedback earlier today, I clicked "Contact Us".
    This took me straight back to the page which asked me for my email…

    What sort of a frustrating, TOTALLY POINTLESS "Help" function, after supplying our email address and selecting "Talk to a Yahoo specialist" repeatedly returns us to the previous screen?
    What sort of a totally USELESS "Help" service repeatedly tells us our account "cannot be found"???

    Disgusted with Yahoo's uncontactability and constant changes to format, leading to unnecessary inconvenience for its users. >|<

    WHY, after already signing in, do I have to sign in again, to post this requested message???

    Also, how OBVIOUS is the inconsistency that requires us to SIGN IN... when the reason for coming to "help" in the first…

  15. The Android Yahoo mail app is erroneously deleting the whole email chain

    When I am trying to delete a draft reply which is no longer useful, the Android Yahoo mail app will erroneously delete the whole email chain of the same subject which is very annoying. This forces me to submit a recover email request. Please fix this problem. Thanks.
