Your new format is ****
Your new format is ****. The first article on the page is from the inquirer, which just screams that I can no longer trust the sources of Yahoo... this is very disappointing.

Where is Weather?
Ask any media executive, she/he will tell you weather is a major, MAJOR feature. A really innovative idea would be to allow the user (us, the people you are trying to retain as readers of your advertising) customize their Yahoo! home page, so everybody gets what they want.

Bye, Yahoo! Switching to MSN as soon as I post this.
After having Yahoo! as my homepage for nearly 16 years, I'm officially done. This new page is missing everything I liked about the old Yahoo! But now you have taken away the smart carousel, the customization options and sensible "Front Page" design that provided better organization and a focal point. This new version looks like it was pieced together by a 12 year old with no regard for web page design best practices or UX. And this 1:1 ratio of content to ads is ridiculous. I have had enough. Yahoo used to be for people who had a brain and used it. Now, Yahoo news is mostly sports and stars.
Your new format is grade-school and your headlines are teasers with almost no useful information in them.
I have been a Yahoo! fan for decades and I now bid you good by and do not let the door hit you in your bum when you leave.

Let me just add my very irate opinion of the new pitiful excuse of a web page. The new format is awful with a capitol A. It sucks.
Give people the option to keep the old format. This new format is just terrible. It's hard to find anything and I can't tell what I'm looking at. This is real ****. I would like my old page back please. Immediately Thank you.

WHAT HAVE YOU DONE? THIS SUCKS!!!!!
Why not leave well enough alone? The old format was working. The slider for the headlines worked. It is horrible getting into email. I don't want to change my password. I don't want to give my phone number. Why make our simple lives a royal pain.

is now google. no more click bait, revenue producing, internet perusal habits benefiting Yahoo from me. C-rap looks like they took a Windows 8 lesson on counterintuitive web design.
