New Home Page / Desktop version is a DISASTER!!!!
I've been a loyal Yahoo user and avoided other search engines, but I am completely at a loss for this unnecessary change. It is now way to difficult to find anything, and totally disrupts the workflow and searches that I valued from the 'standard' or original version. Goodbye!!!

The new web page is horrible. Its very unorganized, difficult to find things and annoying to look at.
Revamp it or bring the old one back. The large purple bar on the side with small type is awful. I loved the old pages slider bar that is gone.

Customer Service chat what a concept
It is impossible to use your CS or a good call back. Low paid over worked employees show please put some of the board members on so that they can understand the issues. instead of listening to wonders from liberal colleges ( sorry these guys and gals are from liberal colleges otherwise Yahoo would not be in this situation).

Change new Format
If you think we will roll over and stay with you, you are WRONG. The new format is so NOT USER FRIENDLY. You are losing your followers. Very poor design for the user. It may put out what you want marketed and may work for you. But we hate it and without customers your design fails. I have already changed my home page.

The way to improve Yahoo is NOT to change anything without feedback from those of us who use it!
If you feel the need to make changes do a beta and get feedback before making them. Do not go by what some OCD ADHD computer geeks are thinking is great and the next best thing for for the users?

Horrible layout!!
Very ugly and unpleasing to the eye. Disorganized. Too crowded! And where are all the yahoo articles? These all seem to be links to other news stories and sites.

Homepage sucks and now doing any seach is slowed down or totally freezes page!!!
Page is way to busy,having to scroll down for ever find news in my area....its no longer user friendly to me will only be using mail feature and using google to do my searches since yahoo now freezes up and I do a lot of internet searches daily.

Quit moving news articles around. I hate not coming back to the news articles in the same order after reading one.
I want to come back to the news articles being in the same order after reading an article.
