I hate this page! Why don't WE get the choice of what we want? I'm looking for a new homepage!
Let US, WE the people, CHOOSE what view WE want!

The new format is why Yahoo....can't compete with any of the other browsers. They are completely out of touch
Yahoo.....clean up your act or get the **** out of the business.

Your new home page sucks. It is not easier to read or navigate. What purpose does it serve except to **** off your users.
Your new home page sucks. It adds nothing, but makes it harder to use and navigate. And to what purpose? It does not improve anything, just gives me one more reason (like spying on my email content) to get more serious about finding a new home page and regular main site.

Maybe you should have asked that question before you aborted what u had? DUH
Question: How can we improve Yahoo? Maybe you should have asked that question before you obliterated what you already had and the reason most use Yahoo in the first place ? DUH. Obviously, someone at the top didn't earn their job and lack basic business skills. One doesn't invest, restructure nor introduce a product unless there are assurances that it is needed and is going to be well received. I have had patience with changes that seem to take place on a weekly basis. This is the worst "home page format" that I have seen and other than my mail,…

Give the users more control over the appearance of the new Yahoo site
New site needs flexibility for the users.. I need to adjust it so I am not looking at a load of trending now junk etc etc. You need to fix it. You are making Google very happy.

Please go back to the old format. I have now gone to reading AOL because it's not confusing like the new page is.
Go back to the old format. This new one is too confusing. Although it is my home page I just open it and click on it to read my mail only and nothing else.

Point by point on areas of improvement
Instead of just complaining, here is what I see could improve the new Yahoo! main page.
1- Lose the Twitter feed - If I want Twitter, I'll go look at it.
2- Menu is too large - Do I need one fifth of the page to use a menu?
3- Menu slide-out - This takes up more space and slides out too quickly. Add more delay
4- The news no longer has teasers. The headlines are not enough to entice me to read.
5- No 'main' area of the page. Where am I supposed to look? There is no information…4306th ranked -
