If Yahoo! cared AT ALL about the US, comments would be disabled on news stories. It's a breeding ground for hate, only. There is never any productive discussion. Is THIS what you guys wanted for your site? Because Yahoo! is used as a portal site for so many, users from all demographics are thrown together. Did you really think that you were providing a "safe space" for people with differing philosophies to come together and find some common ground? Quite the contrary. Yahoo! has done nothing but provide multiple battlegrounds that are (intentionally or unintentionally) designed to encourage and foster an online environment of conflict and dissemination of conspiracy theories. I've loved Yahoo! since the earliest of days, back in 1994 when it led the way in human-managed directories before search engines were even a thing. Now, it's just a "front page" for the Internet where people come to hurl hate and insults at each other.

If Yahoo! cares AT ALL about the USA, you will consider removing the comments sections from the news stories.

Another Russian ad for Delta tool combos. I attempted to purchase but noticed the address changed to .ru during the credit card or payment entries. I also notice the only options for delivery are stated as one option. I verified the ad to be bogus when I attempted to check the shipping charge. The charge is not displayed because it would be too much for the scum bags to coordinate the effort to list all shipping charges. Can someone proof the ads to prevent this type of scam from occurring. I realize that you just want to make money but I will stop using Yahoo if I do not see you lazy Bas____s cleaning this up. There are many people with the expertise to do this. Lets get going!!
