The Manage Publications feature is not working
There is an existing post that says the manage publications issue brought up by another poster has been resolved. As of today, September 29, 2020, I can say that the manage publications feature is not working at all. All the fake news publications seem to be there and not filtered out. Please fix the managed publications feature. Thanks.

Why would I want your page as my homepage?
You closed the comments sections, so there is absolutely no reason to read any of the articles you have on your page. I only check my email now, and even then...it's all spam, so almost no reason to check that anymore either.

Yahoo Customer Support SUCKS!!
I have a friend who cannot log into her email account. She knows her user ID, but can't remember her password. I tried to help her by logging into the recover password, where it asks for a phone or email. The phone number listed is her old number and she can't remember her recovery email. I have tried finding a toll free number but the only one that I can find is for the paid help. She doesn't want to pay the 5 bucks to get something that will take a second for a REAL FREE person to do. If…

It spends more time loading onto your computer then does not finish the process because it is over worked as a result of a elaborate download. Have your people actually should respond to complaints when you receive feedback from the comments? Requiring an email is ridiculous when you don't get a reply. Your home page, why all the videos all of a sudden? Where are the articles? I don't want to watch a video, I want to read the news.

There isn't a way to report technical issues anymore. Selecting tech support only give me the option to sing up for Yahoo+.
Your contact options show various support sections but no real way to report issues/bugs. Technical support only lets me sign up for yahoo+ not report bugs. I've worked in IT for 30+ years, your procedures are very poor and amateurish.
