I forgot my password to my new account bragggena@yahoo and it doesn't have the right recovery phone # to reset it

I started a new email n had to change the password, which now I can't remember since I usually use the same password for everything but for some reason I had to use a different one. On this new account I can't change the password, once I FINALLY got it open, because my recovery information is wrong. I have tried to change my recovery information for it but I have to have my FREAKING password. This is the second account I have had trouble with my login. The first one just kept asking me, EACH TIME I LIGGED IN, to verify who I was. This is ALL BS AND VERY INCONVENIENT! I use this email for everything. Now I'm going to go to every where I have an account and change it to Gmail because I CANT GET MY EMAILS IF I CANT GET INTO MY ACCOUNT!!!!!
