Make it possible to downvote or better yet remove unwanted "news" stories! People are sick of the Kardashians!

There should definitely be a way to remove the article sources we do not want. Since Yahoo stories are all opinion, we should be able to get rid of them. It's like having someone constantly yapping things you don't agree with in your own home, and having to put up with it...those who are married know what I mean.
All jokes aside, I should be able to tailor my news feed to make my experience more enjoyable,

I am SICK of KARDASHIANS! Need a way to eliminate them from my news feed. I also do not like seeing anything that has to do with animals being tortured or hurt!

This is the best idea! At one time you were able to edit your Yahoo newsfeed and remove articles that did not interest you. Maybe at least give us the option to subscribe to article feeds based on our interests and to unsubscribe as well. Not all of us are interested in what amuses the masses.

Please add a down vote or remove button. Some stories that I could care less about stay on your front page for days. I would really like to remove them and never see them again.
