commentedPlease stop making news videos that need to be read while the same song always plays. Narrate the videos so we can listen and not have to read. Most people I'm sure would rather listen and be able to multitask rather than have to read it.

commentedAds play off to the side when I'm watching a video that already played an ad. eats up band width and slows my devices down. Plus I have to replay the video due to the ad talking over

commentedWHY is it when I have turned OFF the volume on your auto play video player, the sound still comes on. I turn it off for a reason, you don't listen to me or my feedback, WHY should I have to listen to your ADS...Every page I go to I have to turn off the sound on the same player. You don't have the right to turn on what I turn off,

commentedQuit with the annoying ******* videos!!! Some of us can and like to read the articles but are quickly ****** off by those irritating videos that start up even though you don't want them to. It's the main reason I hate this ISP!

commentedI completely understand that you work in an advertising-based business. However, when you design a web-page that immediately launches with autoplay for video content and video ads, you have ruined both. No user wants to see/hear 2 video plyrs running simultaneously

commentedNot that it matters, but will be going back to Google - tired of having no control of what is shown, and plays when I use Yahoo.

commentedIt's real. NO audio on any video now. Means they have an automatic system to mute vids if someone complains.

commentedYou are running a very annoying Colgate video ad in the rectangle banner slots. It is SOUND ON with sound that is 10 times louder than other videos. It plays and drowns out the content videos I actually want to see. And I will never buy another Colgate product again.

commentedPlease stop the unwanted audios. I prefer to read and if I wanted to listen, I can click on the video. I have speakers plugged into my computer so the audios also interfere with the music. I like yahoo and use it as my homepage but, if this keeps up, it's enough of an annoyance to make me change sites. I'm not THAT married to yahoo.

commentedHow does one turn off the auto play of videos, it is very annoying. Would be different if one was actually talking about the article the video is attached to. Really sucks

commentedI would like to just read about what I click on. When a video automatically plays it makes me not want to click on anything. Its obvious screen time and videos are becoming the norm. I look at why cannabis has been looked down on for so many years and it can be connected with when TV first came out and people got sucked into bogus propaganda. As people we need to be better and not try to make life so easy all the time. I just want to read and use my brain. I would like if when I click on a story I don't get a video automatically playing. If I choose to watch a video I should be able to click a button not click a button all the time to stop a video. Why make something load that may or may not be watched.

commentedI can no longer use Yahoo because 1. every article has a video and none warn me about this when I click on a link, 2. the video auto-plays and won't stop... ever. Obviously, if I scroll down past the video, I'm not interested, but I guess whoever shoots them is so worried nobody will watch their videos that they have the videos continuing to play on the right while we try to read the article. Naturally, this results in distracting jerking movements on the right, preventing anyone in a high internet traffic area from being able to scroll down through the article to read it and preventing us from being able to comment. I have repeatedly tried to pause the videos to no avail, and have clicked on the X, but that just takes me back to yahoo's homepage (out of the article). The message appears to be "If you want to read the story but not watch the video, we don't want you here." Not everyone has the internet connection speed you require to support this newest ADHD version of yahoo. Please give us some option that actually works to get rid of the videos or an overall option to block all video content.

commentedPUT IN AN AUTO VIDIO STOPPER THAT ACTUALLY WORKS. I HAVE MY ON AND STILL THOSE PHOKING TALKING HEADS START READING WHAT I AM PERFECTLY CAPABLE OF READING MYSELF IN PROBABLY 1/4 OF THE TIME AND WITHOUT THE STUPID INFLECTIONS IN MY VOICE. MAKE YOUR AUTO STOP PLAYER ACTUALLY WORK. CONSIDERING QUITTING YAHOO OVER THIS. IT TOTALLY SUCKS.
