Since the update the Notifications Count increases but is not decreasing, simply, it's not clearing out in Chrome, Firefox and Edge seem ok.

Monday, the count would keep increasing. The blue dot stayed on each story entry. Today, the blue dot remains and now, no count shows on the notification bell.
