Grasping for catch word recognition are you, if it was a younger 'offender' you wouldn't say Gen X, Gen Y or even Millennial caught would you? It'd be simply man / woman or teen as appropriate. Ha that is sooo Millenial of you, it's pathetic and I'm not a "Boomer" to be offended by it, just a shame how much this term is being proliferated lately as if its relevant, Boomer that, Boomer this... get an education and learn to write a good article perhaps.
