The new format sucks!!!!!! If I can't switch back I will find a new homepage.
Allow the customers to switch back. There is not one post here or on the net that says that someone likes the new format

Thank you for the feedback! We do have an option to revert back to the previous version. At the top of the page you should see a purple banner. Within that banner you would need to click on "Old Version" or you'll see an option saying return to yahoo.com. For additional support please visit help.yahoo.com

Yahoo's new format is difficult to navigate, has removed or hidden features and information that was important to me, and highlighted their greed by placing more ads, even in the middle of articles! They've spent so much time scooting things around and selling ad space that they've seem to have forgotten the reason people visit the webpage: It's for the news! Just like the pointless 'takeaways' at the top of the news story, it's not the optimum way of delivering the news in detail.

I started a new homepage with StartMe which is very similar to that I had with Yahoo. This page does not do everything our old MyYahoo did, but it does allow me to put things into the homepage I was not able to in MyYahoo. They have a free and paid edition, depending what you need on your homepage. I was able to create my new page for free.

I want my old homepage back. Your dimwit new one gives me absolutely nothing that interests and much that offends me. Everyone responsible for this should be fired.

Bring back our bookmarks that took us years to build and gives us quick access to the pages that matter most to us! Bring news that actually matters to us!! Let US choose what we want on OUR home page!!! Especially if I am paying for a yahoo subscription already in yahoo mail!!!!!

This new page is useless. All my bookmarks that I use every day are gone. How could you do something so stupid. Who makes these decisions? Maybe you should ask the people who were using Yahoo for 20 years what they wanted instead of shoving this garbage down our throats.

Add me to the list of people who hate, hate, hate this new format. You have totally destroyed everything I set up for myself the way I want it, not the way some nerd thinks it should be. My bookmarks are gone! My news sources are gone. Bring back the old format and make everyone happy!

For 24 years I have used My Yahoo as my start page. Every day. I have also used Yahoo Fantasy for about 25 years. Please cancel Yahoo Fantasy so I can never use Yahoo ever again. After Marisa Mayer running Yahoo into the ground, why would you remove one of Yahoo's most beloved feature, My Yahoo? If I was a shareholder I would sell everything.

So I am now searching for a comparable my.yahoo type home page that let's me customize the content I want to see. Unless Yahoo restores the old format with my bookmarks they will be history.
Any suggestion for alternates? -

The new home page format is atrocious! It was great to be able to customize which content to see upon landing on the My Yahoo! page. Now, one has to hunt and peck for content, and it appears that most of the news sources I was able to see on my home page are no longer available ?!? I also miss being able to see a list of most recent email headings, and it is exceedingly annoying to have email open in a separate tab. Please either bring back the old format, or allow us to customize our landing page!

Bad design. Usless information. Lot of ADS. Same information all day never changes. I have to go to other sites to get updated news.

RIP MyYahoo! Ive used this as my go to site for decades. And you killed it with an ugly spam machine! Please restore the old site, or improve it.

The developers have outdone their selves. Thew new format is atrocious, cumbersome and very difficult to use. There is no way to customize it to the things I want, we just have to take what you give us. I have lost all of the things that I wanted to see. Please bring back my.yahoo.com

Restore My Yahoo as a customisable web portal. I have used it faithfully for 26 years.

A new Yahoo.com is NOT a new MyYahoo. A new MyYahoo should be customizable with bookmarks, RSS feeds, and (above all) EMAIL PREVIEW.

Zero communications from Yahoo about removing My Yahoo page. That's pretty low, people. So many used that page and they couldn't figure out how to make a profit from millions of users? Dreadful management decision.
